By commissioning me you agree to the following terms
Commissions must be paid upfront.
I will not begin work on a commission until payment is received. I currently do not offer payment plans.
Refunds
All funds from commissions are kept in PayPal/Venmo until completed. Refunds are not permitted after the approval of the sketch, and I retain the rights to alter and/or resell any progress done on the art to that point.

Backcharges
You will be blacklisted if a backcharge is done without probable cause.
Rights of use
Commercial reproduction of commissioned work is not permitted unless discussed prior.
Client
- Retains all character rights of their own creation used within the commissioned work.
- Art may be reposted onto sites such as toyhou.se or other character storage sites with proper credit.
- Commissioned work may only be cropped, edited, or altered for use in avatars, icons, etc.
Artist
- I retain the right to ask for removal of artwork if it has been edited in a way that I do not permit.
- I retain the right to repost any commissioned artwork for use in a personal portfolio or as examples for future commissions.
